干眼的中、西医治疗进展 摘要：干眼DED的发生是由于泪液分泌不足或泪液蒸发速度过快，或者是由于泪液的质量问题，导致眼睛表面缺乏足够的润滑和保湿，是最常见的眼表面疾病之一。而随着干眼的发病率逐年上升，国内外中医、西医对于干眼的治疗方法有了新进展和新突破。中医在传统治疗的基础上，运用内服方药、外用膏剂、熏蒸、针刺疗法、穴位按摩等治疗方法与现代医学相结合共同治疗干眼。同时，在2022年亚洲干眼共识便提出了泪膜导向型治疗的新概念，因此近几年的研究方向多是利用药物或激光以保存泪液、减少蒸发并增加泪液分泌，最终达到治疗干眼的效果。本文就近5年中西医治疗干眼的研究进展进行综述，以期为干眼的治疗提供参考。 关键词：干眼；中医治疗；西医治疗；药物治疗 AdvanIiveApproachestotheTreatmentofDryEyeSyndromeinTraditionaleseaernMedie Abstract:DryeyesyndromeDEDisduetoinsuffittearsecretion，excessivetearevaporation，orpoortearquality，leadingtoielubricationandhydrationoftheocursurface.Itisohemostonocursurfacedisorders.Astheprevalenceofdryeyetiorise，therehavebeennewdevelopmentsahroughsireatmentofdryeyeinbothtraditionaleseaernmedie.Intraditionalesemedie，alongsideventionaltreatments，methodssuchasorallytakenTCD，topients，fumigation，acture，andaassagearebihmoderotreatdryeye.Additionally，the2022AsianDryEyesensusintroduovelceptoftearfilm－orieherapy.Therefore，retresearchhasmostlyfocusedonutilizingmedicatioreatmentstopreservetears，reduceevaporationandiearsecretion，ultimatelyachievingeffectivedryeyetreatment.Thisarticleprovidesaprehensivereviewoftheprogressireatmentofdryeyesyndromeoverthepastfiveyearsinbothtraditionaleseaernmedie，withtheaimofinsightsforthetreatmentofdryeye.
